Services

To meet the demands of the industry, we aim to expand our spectrum and coverage, enhance laboratory testing efficiency, and provide innovative and outstanding analytical processes and methods. Our goal is to achieve predictable improvements in product quality, reduce turnaround times, and offer cost-effective particle testing. We are fully committed to upholding testing integrity, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering high-quality work..

Non Destructive Testing

Non-destructive testing (NDT) is a wide group of analysis techniques used in industry to evaluate the properties of a material, component or system without causing damage. It is a highly valuable technique that can save both money and time in product evaluation, troubleshooting, and research. The most frequently used NDT methods are Ultrasonic Testing, Radiographic Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing, Penetrant Testing, Eddy current Testing, Visual/Optical Testing, Leak Testing.

NDT covers a wide range of industrial activity, with new NDT methods and applications, being continuously developed. NDT methods are routinely applied in industries where a failure of a component would cause significant hazard or economic loss, such as in transportation, pressure vessels, building structures, piping, and hoisting equipment.

Destructive Testing

To reduce stress failure , accidents & costs. Destructive Testing can be carried out to determine material mechanical & chemical properties of a material. It can be employed to determine quality of weld. Destructive testing are the tests which are carried out to the specimens failure.
Destructive testing is most suitable, and economic, for objects which will be mass-produced, as the cost of destroying a small number of specimens is negligible. It is usually not economical to do destructive testing where only one or very few items are to be produced.

Advanced Testing

PAUT, TOFD, Videoscopic Testing such advanced techniques are used to inspect more complex geometries that are difficult and much slower to inspect.
